No news is good news!

If you sit and watch the news each day your heart sinks.

War, Fuel Prices, Inflation, Covid, Train Strikes, and even a poor England 0-0 draw!

Whilst all serious problems, there is definite despair with doom and gloom reporting.

In all truth there is very little we can do as an individual to change any of the above situations, and if we are watching and listening to the same piece of news multiple times a day, our whole attitude and state of mind are affected.

We become what our daily rituals and practices are, and if we are filled with constant negative images, words and thoughts. Then that is what we become.

Develop your positive thinking skills. The more positive you are, the more likely you will achieve your goals. Remember, if you think you can’t, you won’t. If you think you can, you will find a way to succeed.
